The CSC is expecting to budget approximately $260,000 in FY 21/22 for the Respite 2021 Request for Proposals (RFP). The intent of this RFP is to expand the availability of programs intended to offer out-of-home respite services for the caregiver of a child 5-13 years of age who exhibits behavioral health challenges that severely disrupt daily functioning in their home, school, or community.
Completed applications must be submitted through CAPS by 4:00 pm on March 15, 2021. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
The procurement is available through CSC’s web-based Contract Administration and Procurement System (CAPS) and responses to this procurement must be submitted through CAPS. Training on the use of CAPS will take place during the Virtual Pre-Bid Conference.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Application submission through CAPS requires that the “Agency Financial Viability” section of CAPS be submitted PRIOR to the RFP application submission. This section must be submitted by the deadline in order to have the ability to submit an RFP application. The deadline for the submission of the “Agency Financial Viability” section is February 26, 2021 by 4:00 p.m.
