Broward Reads Coalition focuses on helping communities and policymakers promote school readiness and quality teaching, tackling chronic absence, and improving summer learning, as well as engaging parents as their children’s first teachers. The coalition seeks to unify stakeholders, align initiatives, and identify gaps. The Children’s Services Council of Broward County hosts this meeting. CSC Member Nan Rich is a member of the Coalition and there is a possibility of other CSC Members in attendance.
