The Children’s Services Council of Broward County invites qualified vendors to submit Proposals for the Maximizing Out-of-School Time (MOST) 2026 RFP. The MOST 2026 RFP intent is to provide afterschool and summer programs that enhance academic achievement, support social and physical development, and provide the most inclusive and least restrictive environment where all children can be successful.

The Agency Financial Viability section is due on December 11, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.

There will be two separate virtual Pre-Bid Conferences via Zoom. The General Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 19, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., and a Budget-Specific Pre-Bid Conference will be held on December 4, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. These will be the only opportunities to receive verbal instructions regarding the RFP.
