The intent of the Capacity Building Grant for Nonprofit Organizations RFA is to assist small, niche and emerging nonprofit organizations that serve children in Broward County and have a need to strengthen and grow their business. These capacity-building efforts will enable local organizations to deliver stronger and more enduring programs.

This procurement will be available on May 11, 2026, through CSC’s web-based Contract Administration and Procurement System (CAPS) and responses must be submitted through CAPS.

A virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on May 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The conference will be conducted virtually via Zoom. This will be the only opportunity to receive verbal instructions regarding the RFA.
